Honestly, if anybody is giving these a bad review it's because they don't know how to take care of nice cookware. I've used my several dozen times before writing this review and they still look brand new. I've cooked everything from hamburgers to bacon, to eggs, to grilled cheeses and the non-stick has not diminished. It hasn't faded, it hasn't scratched. I would confidently say that if you damage these that you just don't know how to cook in them.

Love these pans! They’re gorgeous and super easy to clean. I bought a gotham pan set on Amazon 2 years ago and have been using them almost every day. I love the quality if the pan, how fast it heats up and that you don’t need to season the pan. The cleaning is super easy, we just throw them in the dishwasher 45 minutes later, they come out perfectly clean. What I learnt after a few uses that they don’t show you this in the commercials is that you need to use them on a low to medium heat flame for them to really be nonstick, otherwise stuff will stick. My husband and I moved into a new place in January and were buying new items for our kitchen. We looked for another cookware set from gotham steel and found these hammered copper sets. After deliberating between this and the original lower priced ones, I finally decided to buy these more expensive copper pans. I’M SO GLAD I DID. No oils or butter needed. No need to season them. Clean up is almost too easy. I have a gas stove, no problem heating up just like the originals. And they look really nice. I can leave them on my stovetop without worrying about the clutter. I’m going to give out a few of these for gifts come Christmas time

I have never cared much about pots and pans but these, I'm in love. I have tested them all without butter oil sprays or anything and NOTHING STICKS. I am shocked and very pleased. The way look with the hammered outer side is beautiful along with the stunning copper look. I will NOT use in the dishwasher as I don't want anything to scratch it but hand washing these are a BREEZE. Nothing sticks so literally using a paper towel to get the grease off then washing in warm soapy water is as quick as washing a plate. Easier actually. I also love that there are so many lids to fit them all and the steamer works 10 times better than my collapsable one did. Everything works together, works great, heats up fast (so watch out for your food with that fast conducting heat) lids a plenty, cleans easy and looks perfect. Great buy!!

So the only real complain I have is that the picture on Amazon makes these appear to have a much darker, deep copper tone look to them but they're actually much less 'vividly' copper looking. Hard to describe, but the pictures show a better looking product than what they actually are. It's not enough to make me want to return them though. They cook great and the clean up is crazy easy and that's most important to me. No need for any spray oils, no seasoning needed, just hand wash (always) first and then enjoy them. Definitely a good value for the money! Buy with confidence that these work as advertised, just wish they were a bit darker.

Beautiful pots and pans with glass tops. Super easy to clean--everything slides right off, except around the knobs that connect the handle to the base- but not a big deal. The handles are hollow so they won't get hot and burn you, but I guess that could potentially get dirty in there and be hard to clean, I guess, but that would be under a rare and weird circumstance. The only set back I would say is that the handles on the glass tops do get hot and can potentially burn you, so be careful. I would love to purchase an additional larger pan to match for special occasions and cooking for a larger amount of people. Absolutely love this set!

This is the 2nd set I have owned, they don’t last forever , but I used the first set for the last 8 years! Hope to get another 8years out soon f this set! They cook very well on gas range , even heating , easy to clean!!!

When I seen this on Amazon I was excited. I love the look of it. It looks luxurious. I'm a cooker and I stay in the kitchen. I love cooking for my family. So when I seen these I grabbed it. The reviews was if he had some good reviews had some bad reviews but I took a chance. And from the photos as you can see, the review that I'm writing is not so good. This is terrible pants. They look beautiful on the stove top. But when it's time to cook, they are terrible. My eggs always sticking pancakes, always sticking my meat always sticking. It's not good. It looks good and that's all? It is very terrible when it's time to cook.I followed the directions.I don't cook with high heat and still my food.Stucks i'm at the point where now I had to trash it. So now i'm back online looking for another pot set I kept the pots to make my soups in . But sad to say I had to trash the frying pants both of at my pictures. It's a pretty pot set, but terrible cooking in it.
