Great set of Spikes!
I ordered the 3/8 inch spikes in the steel needles. My daughter wore these spikes at her state cross country meet and she loved them. They were easy to screw in and take out, came sharp, didn't fall out, and met regulation! I bought a second pack and would recommend these to cross country runners

These spikes worked fine for my daughter's New Balance track shoes. They were easy to put on the shoes with the tool provided. We won't be able to see how the spikes due until cross country in the fall.

New spikes are the best
My daughter didn't realize her speed potential until she got spiked track and field shoes. Now she notices the difference in old vs new spikes. These fit her shoes perfectly.

Wrench Strips Super Easily
The wrench stripped after 2 uses. Don’t understand why spike wrenches are so cheaply made. It would be nice to be able to use them more than 1-2 times before they become useless.
