Great set of reins.
Couldn’t be happier with these reins. They are plenty heavy and very strong without being too bulky in your hands. They are also very soft and the oiled leather gives you plenty grip. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy these. You will be glad you did.

Nice, soft
These reins are flexible and will be nice to use. I actually prefer them a bit smaller diameter, but they are as advertised. I just couldn't find smaller ones and decided to try these.

Poor quality
Poor quality. Braid is very loose and stretches. Stains your hands the color of the rein.

They look great at first glance
Returned because even though they're think, they seemed weak. I was worried the material at the snap would break.

I like them.
I was thinking that they might be too thin but apparently, the 3/8" dimension is the width of each strip and 3 (I think) are braided together. So, the reins actually seem thick. Makes it easier to hold with arthritic hands!
