Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. This product is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*

Benefiber should be a daily routine! A beneficial daily additive. Helps with intestinal health, weight loss, decreases cholesterol and sugars ! Overall an excellent product !

Handy and easy way to increase fiber.

I got recommended of this product by my friend to try it. There is no flavour in the powder, which is very good and easy to drink just with water or other liquids. But it seems nothing changes in my body after one week drinking.

I wish I was more consistent with it, you have to take 3 sachets a day, I just keep forgetting I’m sure if I was more consistent I would see a massive difference but I already see difference as it is

Being able to buy this product, which i find works extremeley well in a stick form, was very useful, as i feel when going on holiday, that trying to to take a jar of white powder through the airport could prove difficult !! , so these little sticks should help solve that problem. shame they cost more in this format than when buying the jars.
