Stonewall Kitchen Traditional Crepe Mix, 16 Ounce

I bought this crepe mix on a whim and ended up being really impressed. The batter came together easily and had a smooth texture without needing much effort. The crepes cooked evenly and didn’t tear, which is usually my biggest issue when making them from scratch. The flavor is light and not overly sweet, so they work just as well for savory fillings as they do for breakfast-style crepes. I’ve made them with fruit and whipped cream, and also with eggs and cheese, and both turned out great. The box is a good size and makes quite a few batches, so it feels worth the price. If you like crepes but don’t want the hassle of measuring everything out or worrying about consistency, this is a solid option to keep on hand.

I make crêpes several times a week and this is my preferred crepe mix. It saves a little bit of time instead of throwing a mix together from scratch. I have made it with both water and with milk or cream and the results are excellent. I typically add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to it and let the mix settle in the fridge for an hour before making the crepes.

This mix was so tasty and worked wonderfully for making crepes on my crepe maker. My kids inhaled their first servings and immediately asked for more, so this is going to become a staple in our pantry. Tip: refrigerate the batter for a few minutes after mixing and you’ll get perfect crepes every time.

It’s exactly what I wanted. My 11 year old granddaughter makes the crepes. They’re always perfect. I just had to get product she uses. My DIL sent me my first container and now I’ve gotten it myself. I’ve made my own blintzes, which are great. These crepes are light and delicious. They smell so good while I’m cooking them that I want to eat them right away. This is a great product. I highly recommend it.

This product is amazing. I have never made crêpes in my life. I purchased a crêpe grill and this powder it took me a minute to master the crêpes, but not too long and I served breakfast for 50 people with multiple containers, but nonetheless everybody enjoyed it.

Bought this mix when I got my crepe maker. Very simple to make, directions are very easy to follow and a quick thing to make. Lived in Europe for 6 years and loved eating crepes. Those mix reminds me a lot of the ones in Europe, especially the taste of them. Only takes a few minutes for them to cook up and then they are ready to eat.
