Used this for black truffle meatloaf …

Excellent umami
I use this to add to my pasta sauces for last 5 minutes of cooking to add in a really good umami flavor. I cannot go without this stuff any more it is super good.

Great truffle flavor, a little on the sweet side.
Great black truffle flavor, would be better for marinating meat as it's quite sweet for my tastes. I prefer a more pure truffle flavor.

This paste spreads on sandwich breads and is also good in salads.

This is just bad
If you like truffle, don't believe those 5 star reviews... this product is NOT GOOD AT ALL. It's pungent but pungent BAD. The only upside to this product is the look of the bottle, that's it, flavor's really bad too. 100% would not recommend anyone to buy this. To the seller, just don't sell this crap again please.

I just can’t live without it
This is a great condiment. It is satisfying and delicious and goes well with a variety of things... I feel free to use with abandon because of the price.
