Nothing good about these. Even my dog wouldnt eat them. Chemical taste, no amount of soaking made them chewable. I even ran a test and soaked one in a bowl for 2 days and it was still rock hard. Microwaving them for any amount of time did not make them puff up either. These are cheese rocks. Do not recommend.

I've seen some negative reviews on here about how hard and tasteless this cheese is. That's not who this product is for. This is something to idly gnaw on, an oral fixation, or someone who needs a busy mouth, etc. One piece lasts at least a day if not longer, these are HARD-- one reviewer compared it to a lego brick, and I think that's a good comparison. Actually if I didn't have a piece, I'd end up idly chewing on a plastic straw, lego brick, or other bad things that are much worse to gnaw on than rock-hard cheese.

Read all of reviews. I love cheese!! This is not related to any cheese product. They call it "Rocks" for a reason. Extremely hard. Microwave did not help it. Someone said it was like gum, it is not chewable like gum. Very, very little taste and that is not satisfying. It is like chewing on a chunk of shoe sole but the sole is softer. It is not returnable. It will make an interesting conversation piece. I did say ONE thing nice, I LOVE CHEESE! Save your money, I used mine for the experience. If you are ever offered a Himalayan Pizza, FIRST ask if it has Chhurpi cheese on it. Settle for a Yak steak!

Not sure why my father recieved two packages of these because I had a hard time ordering them and had to cancel one so hopefully I was not charged twice

This product has a good amount of hardness that takes a long time to chew through. I have found other ones, but they are usually too soft. The taste is underwhelming, not the best, but it will do. if you are looking for something to just chew for a long time, I would recommend this. Keep in mind that your jaw will start to have some tension after chewing for a while.

I really wasn't sure what I was going to get here. I thought it would have a smokier flavor as the traditional cheese is smoke so I think this is a commercial product. One piece lasts 4-5 hours and keeps my occupied. I usually chew on pens and gum loses flavor way to fast. When I first put it in I thought it was plastic. But then you start to taste a hint of cheese (very faint) and after a while it starts to slowly disintegrate very slowly.

I don't have a problem with this cheese being hard .It just tastes like nothing. It feels like you put a piece of lego in your mouth, hard, square and flavorless. The ingredients are milk, lime and salt. that is misleading. this snack is not tart or salty at all. Basically has no flavor. like a hard piece of plastic. I microwaved it for 2 minutes, no difference. and I soaked it for a day. no change.

This is more of a novelty item for humans than anything else. It took hours to consume one small piece. Again, it had no taste and had to get broken down by saliva over hours. I now have a lifetime supply!
