Enjoy a Supplement of Fulvic Minerals

I have been taking these minerals for years and try to remember to take them daily. There is no taste to this thin liquid, so it is easy to drink. It is difficult to get all of the minerals we need from the food we eat. Minerals are essential to our health. I have a type of salt-wasting syndrome where my kidneys excrete too much of needed minerals. These are the best minerals I have found. I won't be without this product.

Much of the fresh fruits and vegetables are not what they used to be...Taste wise or more importantly, nutrition wise. This product offers the ability to recoup what may be missing. My experience with this product has been a positive one since determining the correct dose for me as an individual who suffers from a high-sensitivity level pertaining to most supplements. The taste experience for me has been that it's not much different from water. Expense or cost of the product is relative to any individual's own dynamics. It last me for quite a while (keeping it refrigerated) as a single teaspoon meets with my personal toleration limit without getting negative reactions while improving energy and mental clarity. One could reasonably expect to run out quickly if sharing the contents at full dosage with more than a single person. I purchase here but from time to time manage to find a bargain elsewhere.

I've been using Vital Earth fulvic minerals for years. I originally started using it because I can't drink chlorinated water regularly without having digestive problems, so I started drinking filtered water and was concerned that the minerals were also being filtered out. (Btw, I hate the taste of the flavored liquid minerals options.) I have a 2 cup water thermos and I add a small amount of the minerals each time I refill it. Bonus! It makes the water taste really good to me. That's great, because I have to be sure to drink a whole lot of water because of a medical condition. My guess is that I'm getting a cumulative ounce, ounce and a half, of the minerals by adding a little to my water 4 or 5 times a day.

A very good formula but for the money, two people taking the recommended dose, the bottle goes quickly. Has a fairly neutral taste and goes down easy.
