Good fit
This foot pad worked very well. They had to get it lined up just right for the bolts to thread, but it worked well.

Poor quality
I bought one which quickly snapped and I ordered a replacement. The second one is much lighter than the first (the support is roughly 3/4" square compared to the older one and OEM that were 1" square). Worse, the mounting bracket is misaligned and won't permit the original mounting bolt (and bushing for the clutch pedal). As a side note the paint doesn't match either, unlike the earlier one.
