Seems sturdy and is definitely kink-free
This hose is exactly as described. Seems very sturdy and the ends are metal and not plastic. I can't say too much more because I've only had it a short time so I have no idea how durable it will be, but it is fairly lightweight and kink free, which is what I was looking for. Also very easy to loop for hanging. So far, so good.

No kinks
Fantastic product. Really easy to coil with no kinks. Won't get cut either. I had these in the desert and it was immune to the sharp cactus spikes in our yard.

Durability
It doesn't kink up. Do problems unraveling or rolling up. Easy to keep looking good, clean. Lite weight. I really like the expandable hoses (not as compact and heavier) but so far have not found one that lasts. They always seen break down when you close the water flow at the end, or middle of multiple hoses, so you can accomplice what you need to do. Like washing your car and you turn it off to clean another section. The pressure ends up breaking down the hose. It's a hassle to have to walk back and forth to the faucet. Like the nozzle, reminds off the old days. Just turn it to whatever pressure you want. Gave it a 4 because I have only had it for several months. Don't have to worry about getting a little too close to fire. Cost wise: in the end it is less expensive. Hoped this helped someone! Definitely better than the bucky heavy ones!

Very good hose
No worries about the metal covering. It's very flexible, doesn't kink much at all, and will last forever. I'm done buying a new hose every two years or so. UPDATE: The hose developed a leak near the top after about three months -- outside the retune window. Nonetheless, Cesun Customer Support sent me a new hose once I showed them a video of the leak. Very happy with the company.

DO NOT COMPARE TO A NORMAL HOSE! Way better than "as seen on tv"
Update 8/2024. Had this hose for 11 months now and it’s officially dead. I noticed water pressure randomly dropping until finally it was low flow dribble. To be clear it’s used daily in my backyard, not running it over with heavy machinery or anything larger than a 70lb dog paw. I expected it to last much longer than this. First off for all the current reviews please see if they state what they're comparing against. You CANNOT compare this to an ordinary garden hose. Metal hoses do not have the same INNER diameter, most of the time the diameter posted is the same as regular hoses but that's the outer diameter. This will NOT provide the same amount of flow as other non-metal hoses, that's just how metal hoses are. Now, for context I have some dogs with issues that require me to use a hose at least 10-15 times each day for cleanup. Pressure is important to me but so it something that will resist needle sharp puppy teeth. I've purchased 3-4 of those other "as seen on tv" brand metal hoses and yeah, pressure is a huge issue and huge disappointment when i found out (because I was coming from an ordinary hose setup). But, bite proof, weight, and flexibility kept me on the metal side. All of those eventually started to leak under normal wear (and when I say normal I'm not one who runs them over with vehicles or uses them to lasso cattle). I also live in AZ which is hell for hoses so replacing them after a season is par for the course here. This one I haven't had as long but I haven't seen any of the tell tale signs of wear or leaking which is great. This one also does have more pressure than standard metal hoses, you can really tell the difference. Still not normal garden hose pressure but for a metal hose, it's the strongest I've come across. I love the fact that it's a 100', weight isn't really an issue, and the nozzle is great quality. The only thing I've found that I don't like is there's no 45 degree quick shutoff/turnon valve but you can add one for $5-$8 on amazon. All in all great hose, would highly recommend.

Light and easy
Able to reach all the pots in my yard and the hose rolls up so easy

I have had a number of different types of hose over the years. In different ways they have all had their drawbacks. This is difficult to judge because I have not been able to use it; a) Very much & b) As I had expected to. The hose comes with one end to be screwed into a garden tap, fair enough except it spurts water across the adjacent wall. However, that means it cannot be used on a hose reel of the type that has push fit connectors inside and out. Obviously it can be put on a reel but to use it you have to unwind the whole thing to fix it to the tap. The other end comes with an adjustable nozzle which works ok, but again it is a screw fitting, so if you want to use it with another hose for greater distance - well, it may be possible but I have not found a suitable jointing method yet. I suspect that the basic problem is this unit is American and perhaps their standard fittings are all screw fit rather than push fit. On the whole I would suggest avoiding this unless all you need it for is using the nozzle supplied. If you need to fit it to anything push fit, such as a pressure washer - steer clear.

This hose is super flexible and is perfect for use in a laundry tub connected to your laundry faucet. Compared to a regular hose where you would have to fight it due to a stiff hose, this thing is a dream. Seems well built and quality as well. Been using it for over a month and I expect it to last. It couldn't be any better!

This stainless hose is the best hose I have ever owned. It is, however not indestructable. I had contractors doing work on my home and they ended up flatenning part of it. Even though it is deformed the hose still works and never kinks and that means a lot when you spend money on a hose

Super tough and sturdy

This hose is light weight, much lighter than the "quality" rubber hoses we had previously. That's important when you're dragging a 100' hose around. I've read reviews of some stainless encased hoses that they don't coil well. No problem with this hose, it's so much easier than we expected and easy to coil or roll up. We've only had it a month, but so far we're happy. For the record, the volume of water through the hose is slightly less than we we had before. Not enough of a difference to be a problem, we still love it.
