Great for beginners.
I have used these myself, and I recommend this set for beginners. The cakes are highly pigmented, and totally behave like premium brands. What I don't get is why this set is so grossly overpriced in India. This should be available at one-third of it's current price, going by the international prices. However, the product itself is pretty good, and more than satisfactory. In fact, I'd recomment these over Cotman and other student grade lines any day.

Gorgeous, creamy & vibrant colors! The blooms these cause are lovely and they blend nicely. High quality at a reasonable cost. Will continue to purchase these colors! Swatch them first. I do wish the little plastic insert that holds the color trays was off a higher quality and not cheap, fragile plastic. Love the storage tin, however! Nice texture and no weird scent. The greens and reds in this set work incredible on cold and rough texture poster.

I have artist quality watercolour paints but was wanting something for day to day use. These paints exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with them. They are as described with a full set of colours. The colours can be successfully mixed to produce more colours.
