This therapy ball is perfect, it works great. It not to hard and is a larger size so it is easy to hold and roll. I ordered one and as soon as I knew I loved it I ordered a second one for the car when Im on the go. I had a full knee replacement and this is a great therapy ball for massaging the leg. You will be happy with this purchase.

I use this amazing ball to ease my muscular knots after a workout! It is just the right size and shape and amount of softness vs. firmness to help to loosen and lessen the soreness with gentle massage! It is a great tool and worth every penny!

Wow this little small and mighty ball did the trick! I have always used a lacrosse ball for my trigger points but couldn’t get to all areas I needed a bigger ball for. This ball was big enough and firm enough to hit my psoas and iliac crest areas. Finally getting some relief. If you’re hesitant, just get it. It’s so worth it!

It seems like a nice ball but I was looking for a softer ball than this one. I wanted to massage the lymphatics on my head. Ouch.

Better than any foam roller, tennis ball or lacrosse ball for the glutes. Can be used on pecs, back, quads, IT etc but I really like it for glutes and lumbar. A foam roller is good but this lets you get in a little more but it's not a hard a lacrosse ball (torture) and easier to roll around on than a tennis ball. Perfect amount of give.

Great for working knots out of my back. It feels like a deep tissue massage.

The weight of this ball is ideal for exercising and physical therapy, the quality is excellent with very good value for the money. It's easy to use and ideas can be found online and on Youtube which is great! I like the color which is easy to locate in my basket of hand weights and exercise bands. I know I'll use this often to get fit.

This ball is wonderful when you have a tension headache and need something to kneed the tense muscles in the neck and shoulders. I place it on a wall and lean into it heavily... It really helps! Also useful if you want to lie on it to break up some back muscle tension (but does that ever hurt initially!). Highly recommend

This ball is perfect for the buttocks area! I wish they had a larger one between this size and a soccer ball as well for the illacus and and the psoas!

I have used a lacrosse ball for years to roll out knots & just as a part of my stretching routine post work out- I did by leaning on the wall. I bought the Alpha Ball after seeing my therapist from AZ use this on IG. It is perfect for the Psoas & lower back whereas as my lacrosse ball was just too hard to do anything long term or with all my weight on it. The Alpha ball is bigger as well. Still firm but not like a rock. Highly recommend the Alpha ball!

It's a great relief for the shoulder and back pain! Compare to my other hard masage ball.This ball has its soft foam like to give a gentle press..However, the foam would chips like after 1 year. You can see through pictures. It's not cheap ball so the quality need to improve!
