These stick well however you do need tape or bandaids over it as they do not carry their own adhesive. So when I say they stick, it’s more like they are wet so stick to your skin, but will fall off if not secured. The functionality of them for preventing blisters is yet to be determined, however they do help already occurred blisters to have comfort and safety while they heal. Yes there are others out there you can use, but we decided to try these and they work just as good as the others. My only complaint is they are hard to separate from the paper backing. Others don’t have a backing but seem thinner than these.

These are amazing for blisters on feet used for pointe. They stay in place well and cushion sores.

I think this is a great buy for dancers on pointe and is very helpful for sore spots or blisters. They are not as cushioned as I thought they would be but they work pretty well.

These dots are effective. You do have to use tape or bandaids to keep them in place though. They don’t self-stick. Will purchase again.

I didn’t realize that you had to put medical tape over these dots! But once you do, they work beautifully.

I bought these thinking that the bag was big and there was a couple hundred in the bag. I was so disappointed to find out that the bag only has 20 or so dots. These dots work ok but they have a slightly weird smell to them. They are not really worth the money.
