Delivered the next day. Amazing. The illustration shows a sliding closure but it was as stated a lever. I did want a sliding closure as this is less likely to accidentally open when removing trousers or socks. The BIG PROBLEM is that because the feed pipe is too rigid it easily causes a block to the flow into the bag.

Cheap is the best way to describe these I personally don’t think they should even be on sale here : the tap at the bottom of bag is so loose fitting that it is bound to come off leading to an embarrassing situation hell the tap is actually the wrong way round !!! Also the tube is very hard and not flexible enough ,had been curled up for packing and is now shaped that way ! Also we’re it would connect to your catheter the plastic is very cheap and edges that sharp that once you connect it up it is hard to disconnect without damaging you catheter tube ,which is the last thing you need ! Shame on you Amazon for not checking this product ,after all it is something that is used by people when they are most vulnerable! I only used once ,when I realised I couldn’t even get the thing disconnected and almost pulled my catheter out ,that’s how bad they are also there were no straps in the bag I had to use ones I purchased from the chemist! Have started a dispute with Amazon as I couldn’t return as used one of them ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS I CANNOT RECOMMEND !!
