Love these pens--so smooth and easy to use. Great colors, too!

Love these pens! They are bold and juicy. What do I mean by that? The ink rolls out of the ballpoint so easily. Maybe it is because of the thick tip? Either way, if you're looking for a smooth writing and thicker pen tip, then these are perfect. The only thing that I would have to complain about is that since the ink comes out of the tip so well, sometimes it builds up on the pen tip, and it becomes very goopy, and then you have to wipe it off. But other than that, I love these pens.I've bought them probably three times now and the colors are perfect.

I had some of these pens in pink that I’ve used for years. I finally finished my last one so I ordered this variety pack. They’re great pens, my favorite. One of the reasons I like them though is that the cartridge (if this is the right word) is a clear straw so I can see how much ink is left. Unfortunately for some reason some of the colors use white straws so I can’t see how much ink I have left :( they still write nicely and the colors are fun but I miss my OG pack of pink bic cristals

Bold crisp writing. Love these!

I usually use the regular red, black, and blue BIC Cristal pens. I bought these initially for the color assortment, but now I will continue to purchase these because the ball points are wider, and so, the ink application is bolder, which I find to be exactly what I want and need (coupled with the color variety) when underlining in my legal hornbooks. I normally use highlighters with everthing else but these pens definitely have a place. However as is normal with BIC's Cristal pens, they bleed out regularly, abd like with drawing, I keep a bit of TP or Kleenex on hand to keep the tip clean. Will definitely be buying these regularly. Excellent value. I also don't care for the opaque ink straws, rather than being clear. You can't see the ink level unless you hold it up to a flashlight.

One of the smoothest pens I ever used

I checked out the writing. All are thick and bold. Lighter colors don't make an impact (especially light green) but there are a few good ones in darker shades (purple & black). I intend to use this in Spirograph. When opened requires a bit of writing for the ink to flow and there is smudge (ink leak) upon usage. For 1.6mm, I guess it happens more than with 1.0mm.
