The directions are terrible. i have scanned 2 pdf documents but when i plug into my mac i can't find the scans. where are they?

I am so sorry you're having trouble finding your scans. To find your scans by plugging the scanner into your Mac; first, make sure to turn the scanner on once it's plugged in, then open a new finder window. The scanner should show up under devices as "NO NAME" in the sidebar of the finder window. Double click on "NO NAME" then the folder "DCIM" then the folder "100MEDIA" and your scans should be in there. I hope this helps! Thanks, Plethora7 470-268-6645
