Incredible coffee with decaf option!
I am impressed! I am caffeine sensitive and there was only only brand of coffee, Cafe Ibis that made Highlander grogg in decaf that I was aware of. It's a 30 minute drive to get and with all the kids and obviously not being able to handle hugh doses of caffeine to get me through, I looked through Amazon for decaf options, thinking it wouldnt be that great of quality, let alone highlander grogg, until Door County Highlander Grogg DECAF popped up. AWESOME! But did it taste as good? HELL YES! It tastes incredible, if not, better than my usual coffee! Threw in chobani vanilla and it sent me to the heavens! Wow! It is so smooth, so velvety and rich. This is high quality deliciousness. Thank you for making decaf!

Dark roast, great aroma, nice flavor, compelling selection
Nicely packaged and reasonably fresh. There is no explicit roast date (or any discernible code) but based on the "best by" date - this package appears to have been roasted in November...so...fresh by Amazon standards. I got whole bean because I prefer the dance of hand grinding just prior to pouring. I use a Hario Switch for one cup at a time pour-over. The beans are a dark roast (not burned like some...just a dark roast). The aroma of the freshly opened bag is mouth watering. The final cup is just a wee bit less flavored than I expected - but very enjoyable. Going to try three more flavors over the coming months - will update this with each one. Good enough to put on my "subscribe and save" list - going to keep it on my rotation. Have now finished three flavors - with three more (different ones) arriving this Friday. The variety is compelling and the flavors are very much up front with even stronger aromas. Hard to go back to "regular" coffee - so I won't. Keeping all of these on a deep rotation so that I have something new every month. Right now - 9 on a rotation, so I get 3 per month and don't repeat unit 3 months later.

Chocolate Cherry Goodness!
This is the best chocolate cherry coffee I've ever tasted! The taste is strong enough that I usually mix a scoop of this with my regular coffee. It doesn't leave a chemical aftertaste nor does it upset my stomach or make me feel jittery.

Flavor good, quality lacking
Really torn on the review here! The flavor (raspberry truffle) is decent & mild and not too artificial, however the roast and beans aren’t the best quality. The roast isn’t medium (more dark roast) & there’s tons of broken beans or shells and flakes included like it wasn’t sifted out. Since it’s a more bitter dark roast, I mixed it with an organic Sumatra med roast (pic included: a clear difference with the medium roast on the right). But this morning I took my first sip and it tasted moldy? I checked my creamer and it was fine… and I do mix them but haven’t ever had an issue with my other one. I can’t confirm for sure if it was this (pic of the expiration date and lot), but I don’t think I will order again…
