This is a great restaurant in Albuquerque NM that makes fabulous Mexican Food and this is a small example of their New Mexico cuisine

This is New Mexican salsa with no apologies for spiciness. The hot is moderately hot compared to restaurant salsa that we've had in the state. Finding this on Amazon has made our move out of New Mexico much less painful as other places in other locations serve downstream versions of Norteño New Mexican dishes and lack the salsa and green chile flavors. We really appreciate the flavors of home.

Being from New Mexico and growing up with fresh & hot chili when you leave the state for work or vacation I make sure i always have one of these jars

This came as a 3 pack. 2 jars had seals that were loose. They were moldy. No option for refunds available. Purchase at your own risk.

this salsa is spicy and hot (jalapeño level ). It is very flavorful and adds a unique taste to many dishes, including burritos, tacos, nachos, etc. I bought this by mistake (Thought I was buying the regular salsa ) ;but I do not regret it. I will buy it again!

Best salsa, best hatch green chile salsa, perfect amount of heat, perfect amount of flavor. I don’t currently live in NM so I will always ask for these in care packages.
