Best for your liver
I finally found something for my fatty liver. My sugars have dropped and my liver enzymes have gone down. I have eaten the fruit itself but probably not enough. This product I will continue using.

Detox for pineal gland, better sleep
I took this because tamarind has been shown to help the body rid itself of fluoride-which among other things, I understand can calcify your pineal gland. This calcification supposedly affects sleep because the the pineal gland produces melatonin which helps you go to sleep and sleep well. So I gave it a try and sure enough, after a couple of weeks—if that long—I was sleeping much more deeply. I remember sleeping very soundly as a child and slowly losing that ability as I grew older. For most of my adulthood, my sleep has felt very "shallow" and restless, and not terribly restorative. I am now getting that deep sleep again and it is amazing. I recommend the product for this purpose.

Great for decalcifying the pineal gland. Avoid flouride, no aluminum in deoderants, take turmeric, skate liver oil!

High levels of Potassium ....
I took these Tamarind capsules twice per day and after having a six month routine blood test, my Potassium had elevated to an unhealthy level. My physician prescribed a 6 week follow-up blood test, and after having ceased taking the Tamarind, my levels were back to normal. Be careful, Potassium is dangerous.

Felt bad after taking for a few days.
