I take B6 to help my neuropathy and support a healthy heart. I can’t tell it helps my neuropathy at all. It doesn’t hurt to keep taking it though.

In the 1980's I was prescribed PBZ (no longer available) and B6 to help control the itching aspect of breakouts of Atopic Dermatitis. It was 'clinical lore' from years before that. Nobody knew why it worked and there were no recently published studies available to document it. Even though PBZ disappeared and has been replaced by newer antihistamines, I still take B6 with the antihistamines (200 to 400 mg. twice daily). The combination helps with controlling the itching aspect of AD, BUT NOTE, it does not fully eliminate the itching. It is not as effective as the old combination, but better than nothing. AD symptoms can be hard to treat.

This is a great supplement for anyone to add to their routine, especially if you have carpal tunnel or had it. I cured my carpal tunnel by taking 20 mg of B6 every day and have never had another problem with my wrists. I'm on a computer all day at work (with a wrist rest), I sew at home and my hands are always busy. Bluebonnet is a trusted name for me and I know their quality is 100%.
