I bought this Altura Photo tulip lens hood (2.283 in) to use with my Canon EOS Rebel T100, and it’s been a great little upgrade.It screws on securely to the lens, doesn’t feel loose at all, and stays in place even when I’m moving around a lot. Since using it, I’ve noticed fewer unwanted glares and lens flares when shooting outdoors or in strong light, and the images look a bit more contrasty and defined. The material feels sturdy but lightweight, so it doesn’t make the camera feel heavier. It’s also easy to put on and take off, and you can reverse it on the lens for storage, which is super convenient for saving space in your bag.
