I just prepared Rasam with Iyer Aathu RASAM Powder. Believe me its awesome. This product is exceptionally well & make your food so delicious. Typical South Indian flavor.

I bought this for two reasons. 1. Name of the Brand. 2. The reviews for sambar powder. However, I am disappointed about its taste. Its not the rasam I used to. My mother makes rasam with Sambar powder only, with a mesmerizing taste. I had rasams from exclusive rasam powder prepared by my sisters and wife and this one does not meet the standard of them. Now I will try sambar powder and post the review.
