Q: think the legs ropes are far too short. I’m not the biggest guy and this has my belt of the device at bottom of butt/top thigh. Its not normal is it?

You have 2 short and 2 long, im 6ft , you put the belt on first around your waist just above hip bones, then you connect the leg straps via the clips and the orange cuffs. When you stand they will become tight forcing you to put your hips forward and stand strong, thats perfectly normal to, cant be resistance training with no resistance

Q: What max size is belt adjustable too?

Now we have designed a belt with an extended size. It is adjustable between 36" to 47"
