I bought this light to with the intention of potentially returning it if I didn't like it. But I was cautiously optimistic and hopefully that I would like it. Once I plugged it in and fired it up, I was immediately impressed. This light is totally exceeded my expectations. It performs like a much more expensive Mac entour light which are $2000 each. Yes the real version of these lights is probably 3 to 4 times larger but they are also designed to be mounted and left in their installation location. This light is much more suited to be portable and packed with the form factor being small. I plan on buying a second one of these I'm so impressed with it. I'm not using the DMX controller function I just set them to Auto and let them pick up the sound of the music to move to. They are very easy to turn on and set to Auto and watch them go. What I'm most impressed about with the light is the brightness of the light and the projection. I was shooting to the far wall and I could see the cobo very well at 20 to 30 ft away. You can set them on the ground or a table and they will shoot on the walls and ceilings but if you hang them upside down from the truss or DJ light tree then they are going to shoot to the walls and to the dance floor. Again I was blown away with the performance and quality of the light. If you're a mobile dj, then this light is a must have to take your party to the next level and look professional. It's one thing to be intentional, but another to be randomly unpredictable .These lights offer both scenarios by plug & play, and also DMX compatible.This is my first test, right out of the box in a 500 sq. ft. warehouse, and I am floored by the quality of these little guys. These two are in the middle, on the table tops below the gig bar. I don't even have them tethered together with a DMX cord yet, and they react to the music and spot-on certain points ON THEIR OWN. The remotes conveniently control both at the same time, but the only issue for me is that they are on the same frequency as my Fire Lights. No biggie, because I intended to just set them free to do what they want anyway. If II could give 10 stars, I would. Good job U-KING for compact, easy to use, without breaking the bank 🤘

These are great lights. I have been using them for a while and they have held up great. They are bright and they work well with the ADJ MYDMX GO. I had a customer that booked the lights for a daytime wedding at a winery and it was all windows and you couldn't get it dark in there. They still wanted me to use the lights so I set them up and was surprised when I turned them on. They were bright enough to see with all of the light coming into the windows. They are best used when it is dark but the customer was happy even though it was bright in the room. With the price of these I was a little worried but they turned out great!! I can't tell the difference between these lights and the more expensive ones as far as the effects of them. You could buy 5 of these for the price of the name brand ones.

Good but hard to use

Pretty good DJ-type movers. We work in larger ballroom areas for the most part and they were pretty good with the reach and brightness. They would be great for a DJ that does weddings in smaller venues. The down side is that the remote doesn't have a great distance. You have to be pretty close to activate the lights. That was a bit of a problem, especially if they are on opposite sides of the stage or DJ area. Overall, they're pretty good and will serve their purpose.

Basic gobos, good value for the money. Looks good with fog or haze and can be controlled with DMX.

The light is very fast and colorful. Sound reactivity is very good and when linked via Dmx cable, the built-in programs are excellent. I set one up in a dark room on sound active mode and my dog absolutely loved it. He quickly realized that it moves when he barks. If he was wasn’t colorblind, he would have loved the colorful beams of light, but the blue, green and white spots were more than enough for his taste. Although one was enough to provide a sufficient club effect, I definitely recommend getting at least 2 because it makes the movements seem less random. Kinda like when you meet a set of identical twins and the fact that they look identical gives their appearance more of a mystique. If you do get 2, be sure to get a 3-pin XLR cable to link them. No need for a ‘Dmx certified’ cable… an XLR microphone cable will work just fine.
