I was home when the bagels were delivered. I open the package and all of the bagels were covered in mold. I threw them out. A total waste of money. If I could I would rate less than one star.

Oh YUM
These were absolutely delicious. I will splurge again! Update: I made a second order. The shipment was delayed and I was worried that they might not survive the trip (they mold pretty quickly), but they appeared to be fine. I froze them immediately. Upon thawing, some did have patches of mold, though. Update: third order was delayed...and delayed...and delayed. Then--though I didn't want them 15 days after they'd been shipped, because NO THANK YOU MOLDY BAGELS!--they never arrived. Got a refund.

Every Bagel contained mold!
This is the second time I ordered these bagels. First time the product was perfect. I love these bagels. This last shipment contained mold and were not eatable.

Wow - Just Amazing - Pumpernickel Bagels
I was absolutely thrilled to discover I could order NYC pumpernickel bagels. It has been so long since I have been able to locate them anywhere near where I live. These were incredible and very fresh. The aroma drifting from the box as soon as I opened it was so delightful. Update 4/23/2023: Since I wasn't able to eat the full dozen right away I froze 6. I wasn't sure how they would freeze but today I took one out of the freezer and placed it in the microwave for 30 seconds and I was just amazed as it tasted the same as when I received the fresh ones. These bagels are the best!!

Moldy beyond edible
The four packages were all molded beyond edible

Not the black bread bagel we expected
Tasty, fresh, well-made bagels. UNFORTUNATELY (for me) the bagels we received were far, far different than the bagel shown in the seller's picture, to whit, a medium brown in stead of the rich, dark brown shown. We ordered based on the photo because that photo depicts the type of pumpernickel bagels we've had in the past. If you're seeking the traditional dark pumpernickel, you'll want to keep looking.

Arrived moldy and inedible
Looked like they would’ve been great! Arrived moldy. Picture doesn’t reflect all of the mold spots.
