I had a snowball blue microphone and upgraded to a studio condenser. The sound is better, mainly taking out the semblances. This does a great job at getting you the sound of a vocal booth, and it really cuts out pretty much all exterior noise coming into the microphone. The assembly is simple, and it is truly worth the money if you are looking for professional-level recordings. You MUST buy a monitor stand for this unit.
