## Questions & Answers

**Q: It says 1 tbsp makes 1 cup hydrated, then further down it says it makes only a quarter cup hydrated. Which is it?**
A: it doesn't look like anywhere near 1 cup. It does make 1qt of kefir

**Q: How many times can I reuse it**
A: I start a new batch once a week with the same grains. I also add a few raisins with four tablespoons of white sugar. Seems to me they will last indefinitely if you keep them fed.

**Q: I received the dehydrated grains but cannot use them until next week. Should they be refrigerated?**
A: yes, it would be a good idea
