Use a siphon effect. Insert a garden hose into the waterbed. You may need to cut off the end of the hose. Fill the hose up with water from a facet. Do not let the water drain out of the hose yet. Do that by placing a kink into the hose when it is full of water, or your thump over the end of the full hose. Take the end of the hose which is not in the waterbed off the facet, and place the hose lower than the hose in the waterbed.
