It contains MSG
This is the first time I've encountered a spice mix from Turkey that has MSG added. There was no problem with the delivery and I can't fault the company that sold the mix, but many people are allergic/sensitive to MSG. This information should be included with the product description. The spice mix cannot be returned, so we are stuck with something that may taste great, but will end up giving us splitting headaches if we eat it.

I had thought it is premade but it is just spice mix you have to have all ingredients. And not returnable too
