What's the quality of these fog lights and how's the brightness?

I’ve had for more than a year and they are excellent. Very bright. In fact, brighter than my brights on main headlights. They light up sides of country roads so no surprises from deer running out.

What's the t harness for wiring these lights? My 04 dodge 2500 doesn't have oem fog lights.

You will need a T harness and a light switch with fog light switch. The T harness that goes from the 1 plug you have on the driver side to the other side. Find them on ebay or a local shop. Check that there is a fuse and relay already installed in the truck too. You could also cut 1 leg off the relay to get fogs to stay on with brights, check it on youtube. Hope it helps.
