It is very easy to install you just measure then score your mark with a utility knife and snap it off. It has been over 2 years since I installed in my first house which is now a rental. I also installed laminate in that house and ended up having to fix it several times while this vinyl flooring that was installed at the same time has never had one issue. It still looks new as the day I installed it. In the bathrooms it has held up well to the water from everyday use.
