May be premature but the preliminary results are encouraging. The drain smells good and is flowing fast. I'm kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Can't get much easier. Not sure I want to know what kind of miracle is happening down in my pipes with this stuff, but I am very pleased with this product. I'd totally buy it again and give it this highest recommendation, although I did get a gallon, and you only need a half cup per week for maintenance (per the instructions).
