Morning Jumpstart

Good product, but one word of caution. When I mixed my first drink, I put a couple big spoonfuls into my cup. I added the hot water, said a blessing of thanks for the drink, took my first sip and my toes curled and my hair stood straight up. It was should we say a tad bit strong. So I looked at the directions, which I probably should’ve done to begin with. It said to add 2 teaspoons. Well, I had a lot more than 2 teaspoons. So after taking corrective measures - diluting with water - everything was fine. My 10 ounce cup I made into a half gallon. Once I had the right amount it sure tastes great. So learn from my mistake people, it’s probably a good idea to read the directions and follow the recommended amount at least for your first drink. You can play with the amount later to get your flavor preference. On a side note, the Laird brand sweet and creamy latte is really good too. Enjoy your drinking, don’t forget the blessing 😀

I am used to drinking bitter and not so tasty drinks for detox. It was not meant to taste great because it is acting like medicine. I love the citrusy, spicy taste from the lemon, ginger and cayenne pepper. I felt revitalized after drinking it. I drink it to break the fast in the morning.

My taste buds say no, my body says yes please! It’s a harsh way to start your morning, but my body reacts in a very positive way. My knee pain went away and it helped with weight loss. I hate the taste of it, but I will definitely be purchasing again. And there is way more than 12 servings. A little goes a long way.

Awesome taste! Lemon and cayenne zing! Like most of Lairds products, it isn't cheap, but is a good value in my opinion due to quality. Package is small, but it takes only a teaspoon or less in 20 or more ounces of water for a very tasty wake-up drink.

I was excited to drink it this morning after receiving it last night. First, the package had all the contents at the top and even though I shook it down, when I tore the top portion carefully open, a fair amount of powder came flying out all over, and was stuck to the zip lock area which became hard to close with powder stuck all over it. I have a problem with companies charging a small fortune for a small amount of product and then using cheap substandard packaging. The product itself was really hard to drink, not tasty at all. You have to keep mixing it when drinking as the product keeps sinking to the bottom, more than I expected as I did read that it would do this. I wish I could return, but it's a food item so I'm screwed. Very disappointed.

I bought this to give me an extra boost in the morning and was excited to try. First off the price versus the size is absurd (I didn’t pay attention to size when purchasing). The taste is atrocious, I tried added lemon juice and even more water and nope, I could not swallow it. Buy something better

it may seem pricy until you compare it to "single ginger lemon turmeric" "shots" that sell for roughly $4 per shot, when you drink this you know you are drinking quality ingredients. Very refreshing and really gives you an energized feel. I mix it in a low powered one serving mixing container that I can detach the 'motor' portion and either drink right from that or pour into a juice glass
