Great toaster and I love the slim design
I've owned this toaster for a few months now and it still looks new and works perfectly. I love being able to toast 4 slices of bread at the same time. Until you buy one you never know how much it cuts down cooking time.. We make a lot of bagels and the slots are wide enough to put in toast 2 at a time. I thought that it might be too bulky, but with the slim design it really doesn't take up more room. It browns evenly and it's easy to get pieces of toast or bagels out of. No more burnt fingers because I'm in a rush. The only con is that there isn't a bagel setting. But I'm willing to live with it;

Excellent choice, with one caveat when choosing the full stainless model
I bought the full stainless model for $5 more...be advised, it's a different toaster than the others. it's a beautiful toaster and looks great on my counter. It easily toasts all my big sandwich bread with ease without leaving half of the slice white or burned. One little catch is that the full stainless model does NOT have the cool little wire warming rack that pops up. I didn't know this until I got it, but in hindsight it's not a deal breaker. It DOES however have a Bagel function that properly heats only one side of the bagel (hence the extra lighted button), and has markings on to to show orientation. The push down lever is also nicer on the stainless model. It toasts consistently well...I mean, it's not rocket science.

Sleek look, superior performance!
This was a great purchase. I now can toast multiple slices of pita bread, sourdough slices, bagels and English muffins with desired crispness every time. The multiple settings guarantees a perfect result. My toaster is a sleek stainless steel that fits so well with my other appliances. Good quality, good price.

Best toaster we've ever owned
Not sure if this would work for us, but once we started using it we love it. We use it for thick toast, bagels and more. Worth the price.

Still liking it!
We have purchased 2 toasters as gifts to adult children (no complaints), 2 for ourselves and 1 was returned prior to use. When fully functioning, this is an excellent toaster. Have had to return 1 at the 'testing' stage and before use because not all of the elements were heating up. No problem with toast being burned - but keep in mind when making multiple consecutive batches the heating elements are already hot and the toast level needs to be reduced slightly to avoid over-toasting. Also, beyond bagels, different types of bread require different toast times, it all depends on bread content variables and freshness so adjust accordingly. We had to replace our first toaster because someone (not me, LOL) had re-toasted a slice 'for just a second', forgot, and forced the lever up manually instead of using the cancel button because of burning toast and we believe it broke the magnet that holds the lever down. Before this, the lever stayed down and worked appropriately. Lesson learned - use the timer always! That's why they have the cancel option - or just unplug if urgent. Also with our first toaster one of the slots no longer worked because our son broke the elements trying to retrieve a small gluten frozen pancake. Definitely operator errors so we are trying again. But back to the frozen pancakes - the inside wire slots are about 1-1/4" apart and allows smaller crooked frozen waffles/pancakes to sometimes get caught between the slot and the heating elements and the food then kind of bakes permanently wrapped in between the wires and are hard to pull out. Hopefully, in their next update, they will reduce the slot distance to IDK maybe .75"? In the meantime, teaching kids to be careful when using with bent frozen pancakes and waffles. Also, I had to use a white sharpie to fill in the hole on the temperature dial to make it easier to see when setting. We all want a $10 toaster but can't dial back time, so the current price is reasonable given the other options.

Does its job. Great design. Glad I purchased!
Wide enough for oversized breads, thick breads, and bagels. Slide out crumb drawer makes for easy clean up. Sleek design looks great on my counter. (I sounded like a commercial right there HAHA) Glad I purchased.

Elite 3100 stainless/black toaster
Nice quality toaster for the price. I’ve been using it about three weeks now and am very happy with it. I find it toasts my sourdough and other artisanal breads very nicely. It does have a fairly robust pop up action which is fine for heavier breads, but if you are toasting light weight commercial bread, it just might pop it right out of the toaster. I don’t like my toast dark, so between the 2 & 3 setting works great for me. It does put a fair amount of heat out the top, but I do not find it so hot that it is a concern for damage to the underside of upper cabinets. The crumb tray pulls out easily and cleans with a quick wipe. I put the toaster through three toasting cycles upon unpacking to burn off any manufacturing oils or chemicals. It did put off some odor which I vented by opening a window, but I experienced no actual smoke. I do recommend since this is a long slot toaster that you look at the instruction booklet for proper bread placement for toasting less than 4 slices of smaller commercial bread to get optimal toasting results. Two larger/long slices of artisanal bread fit and toast beautifully. Some reviewers have complained of uneven toasting and I have a feeling it’s because they aren’t placing smaller pieces of bread where the manufacturer recommends. The pop up warming rack is nice for things like left over biscuits, scones or croissants. All in all I’m very happy with it and hope it lasts a long time

Decent for the price, but two cons to note…
I've had this toaster for about six months now. It still works as well as it did on day one. The pros are the extra-long slots that can fit slices from wide loaves and the pull-out crumb tray that collects anything that falls to the bottom. The cons are that it takes longer than I'm used to to get a good browning (even on the highest setting), and it doesn't toast both sides of the bread evenly, so you have to pull it out and flip it if you want it to be even. With that said, if you're looking for a long-slice toaster on a budget, this isn't a bad choice. Other models I looked at were double, if not triple, the price. Having to flip your bread around and wait a couple of minutes more may be worth the savings.

Nice slim design
Love the new toaster and the slim design, doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Nicely tucked by the wall. Looks beautiful and works great.

Don’t buy it, is a piece of junk!
Worst toaster I have ever had. Description states 1300 watts. And it was only 900 watts. Had to turn dial down as far as it would go, and still burned the toast. On the 2nd. day of use, the toaster would not pop up, the lever only came 1/2 way up. Very poor quality.
