The 7" Backup Camera System by Rear View Safety is a commercial-grade solution designed for RVs, trucks, buses, and emergency vehicles. ## Description

Our flagship backup camera system has been keeping our customers safe for over a decade. The rear camera system includes a crisp 7 inch LED color monitor with optional distance grid lines, normal/mirror image capability, and a built-in speaker. The RVS-770613-NM also includes a Sharp CCD backup camera with 18 infra-reds allowing for 50 feet of night vision, an ultra-wide 130 degree viewing angle, and a built-in mic. This tough backup camera is completely waterproof with an IP69K rating, and comes with a 20Gs vibration rating, and a 100Gs shock rating, which is the highest in the industry. The 3 port power harness allows for the connection of two additional cameras. 1 x Color CCD Waterproof Camera with Infra-red Night Vision 1 x 7 inch LED Digital Color Monitor with Mount 1 x 3 Port Power Harness 1 x 66 foot Camera Cable 1 x Remote Control 1 x RCA Adapter 1 x Screw Kit for installation

Review: Requires a fairly large hole, but ultra-reliable connection can't be beat - Don't wait! Having a good backup camera for a large RV is a life saver, especially if you ever have to drive alone. This is one of those RV add-ons we figured wasn't that important and that we'd get to eventually, but when I was redoing a cabinet and found the wire to the old, dead camera I figured now was the time. Now that we have it we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long to get one. Installation wasn't bad, though the cable has a fairly big connector requiring a larger hole than I wanted. Install (cable threading and pulling) is easier with two people, but I (53F) did most of it alone. It took about half a day in the end. Still, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The added safety is worth it!
Review: Nice view - Very well made camera and monitor. So far working great, will see when I start driving my RV on the road again. The night vision is so much better than the stock camera and monitor I have on my 2005 Newmar Kountty Star motorhome.

Don't wait! Having a good backup camera for a large RV is a life saver, especially if you ever have to drive alone. Very well made camera and monitor. So far working great, will see when I start driving my RV on the road again. The night vision is so much better than the stock camera and monitor I have on my 2005 Newmar Kountty Star motorhome.

We've struggled to have a consistent feed. The monitor drops off and the clicks back on at various intervals. Sometimes it comes on while driving forward, sometimes not. Sometimes clicks off when back up. Monitor clarity is what you would expect. Seems like a lot of money for the quality and reliability.
