Bellarise (Red) Instant Dry Yeast - 1 LB Fast Acting Instant Yeast for Bread

Ordering in bulk is much more economical that the small packages in grocery stores. These work well with bread machines and although it takes time to work though the pound of yeast, it remains effective when stored in the fridge.

I love this product....but it took way to long to receive it. It was like 3 weeks or more.

Wonderful yeast... Especially for bread and wine making.

Works well and keeps a long time in the fridge

Last year when the Covid-19 pandemic first hit, grocery stores were running out of more things than toilet paper. When I couldn't find any bread on the shelves, I decided I'd bake my own bread but couldn't find those little yeast packets in "threesies" either. Did a search on Amazon and discovered this Bellarise yeast product, which turned out to be such an amazing find. You get a POUND of yeast with this purchase (between $7 and $9). I was paying a couple of bucks for the little "threesies" packets -- each of which contains 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS of yeast. (Don't know how much that weighs, but you get the point.) The cost differential is simply crazy! My first Bellarise yeast purchase was in April of 2020. It is still fresh after a year. I keep my Bellarise yeast on the door of the fridge with a clip on the top of the very high-quality foil-like package -- which I put into a ziplock bag. So glad I found this product. I recommend it whole-heartedly to anyone who likes to bake.
