Product Description Electrical parameter measurement function (voltage, current, active power, energy). Voltage alarm function (over voltage alarm threshold, backlight and voltage flashing to alarm). The reset function of energy key. Store data when power off. Large screen LCD (display voltage, current, active power and energy at the same time) Backlight function. Function Backlight Control Press the key to turn on or off the backlight. The backlight state will be saved when power off. Reset energy Hold the key for 5 seconds until the number flashes, then release the key. Press the key again, then the energy value is cleared and exit the reset flashing state. If you don't want to clear, hold the key for 5 seconds again until the number doesn't flash, it means the energy value is not cleared and will exit the reset state. Voltage alarm Hold the key until the power display area displays "SET", release the key. The voltage area displays current high voltage alarm value, the current area displays current low voltage alarm value and the last digit begins to flash. Press the key to adjust the value. It will automatically switch the digit without operation over 3 seconds, then press the key to adjust the value too. Voltage alarm threshold set range: 6.5V~99.9V. After finishing the settings, hold the key until the screen displays "PASS". Wiring diagram Precautions 1. This module is suitable for indoor, please do not use outdoor. 2. Applied load should not exceed the rated voltage, current. 3. Wiring order can’t be wrong.

I was looking to install a 12 volt meter into our power box, and this unit fit the bill well. I really like how the backlight and other incremental settings are stored when the power is out as this is for our garden lights that are turned off from a wifi switch.

Purchased two of these for use in a small 12v solar circuit to measure energy going into and out of battery bank. Outgoing placed between load terminals on charge controller and load, incoming placed between battery terminals on charge controller and battery bank. Each device remembers how much energy has gone thru it. Now I can see how many Wh used from battery and Wh replaced. Very easy to reset each to zero when required. As an example, last night I used 14Wh watching a small TV. This morning (early October) from 4 hours sunshine using 20w solar panel it informed me 16Wh had gone back into the battery. Wiring up quite simple given basic knowledge. Backlight can be turned off. Quite well made and well priced. Accuracy within tolerance for my needs.
