This item holds my son’s head up when he falls asleep in the car. It’s comfortable material and keeps my son’s head warm- on a hot day outside, this item tends to overheat my son- I notice he overheats and sweats. The Velcro also wears pretty fast. The black straps that hold the product to the car seat has a tendency to become loose and I find myself having to tighten the straps frequently to keep the item in place.
