Review: Mixes easy, keto-friendly, tastes amazing - Okay, first things first... if you are on the fence at all about trying it, just save yourself the time and BUY IT! Bean Envy is amazing! I have only ever tried the vanilla flavor, but I hope to try their pumpkin spice later on. The powder doesn’t have a gross or fake artificial flavor or aftertaste like some powders do. This also mixes EXTREMELY WELL, which is amazing because I have had other powder mixes/shakes that were so dang clumpy no matter how much I mixed it! But nope, not bean Envy! Their powder mixes perfectly in my coffee/drinks (but for best results, buy the frother!!). I love the fact that this is keto friendly also, since I am doing keto to maintain and manage my health/weight. I’ll also tell you that I have a lot of health issues, (malfunction of autonomic nervous system, GI, nerve pain, migraines, etc), this powder HELPS ME to minimize pain, and also helps me with my horrible GI issues. I can actually go to the bathroom more often than I do when I don’t drink this! Last, I love that it is full of nothing but good ingredients. It’s all of the good stuff and none of the bs. It helps me to stay into ketosis (and get back into it immediately if for some reason I ever get out of it). I usually use this in my iced americano from Starbucks, with heavy cream, stevia, SF cinnamon dolce, and SF vanilla flavoring. I drink this powder every single day (for the last 5 months or so). I am completely in love and hooked on this brand. Bean Envy, I don’t know what I ever did without ya!! I forgot to add that this satisfies me and keeps me full for the whole morning. It curbs my sweets cravings that I get while on keto (which is somthing that I struggled with). I just wish that I could buy bean Envy at a local grocery or health store :( -every time I think I’m done with this review, I always think of more to say.. lol. This product also take care of any bloating that I have in my belly area. With in the first month of using this I noticed that I could actually go to the bathroom (I struggle with IBS and other GI issues). Review: Incredible experience, phenomenal results. - I tend to have a weak stomach for health powders and products. I've lived w/chronic pain for 19 years and recently damaged my pelvic joint. I also suffer from arthritis in my hands. After a plethora of traditional treatments (drugs & surgical procedures) with little success, I decided to take control of my own health. I have researched and tried many products over the years. Few worked, many failed. This product, I do recommend. With all the hype out there, it's hard to know what works and what does not. I take time to daily journal the effects when I add anything to my natural health regime. Here is my experience, I hope this helps you in your decision to try this product. 1. Mixes well with my coffee from MY KEURIG. This is a key I believe as the water is temperature HOT enough to "melt" the product into creaminess. It has a nice chocolate flavor with no aftertaste. 2. Day 2- had a tiny bit of a tummy reaction, however, I realized this was due to the gentle "cleansing effect". Now, for me, constipation is always an issue due to prescription meds. Keep in mind, I also take a 20 billion probiotic each morning, this was simply a good gut adjustment and actually I was able to stop taking the drug, Linzess for constipation as this provided regularity. By day 4, this was not an issue. 3. I noticed an increase in "gut lightness", no bloating, and had increased energy and focus. My fitbit logged a better sleep score from day 3 on. I also noticed less joint pain and have not had to supplement prescription meds with ibuprofen. The taste is good. I've also blended this with coconut milk and almond butter in my ninja blender for a cold drink. It gave it a smooth consistency. Lastly, I tried this when I made no bake protein balls and loved it! My suggestion, research the health benefits of MCT and collagen. Since using this, I can definitively say, there is a major difference in how I feel and function. It is far and above worth the price paid for the benefits I've recieved. Consistent daily use is key. If you are GI sensitive, begin with half a scoop and increase on day three to one scoop. The benefit I've recieved is incredible.

Okay, first things first... if you are on the fence at all about trying it, just save yourself the time and BUY IT! Bean Envy is amazing! I have only ever tried the vanilla flavor, but I hope to try their pumpkin spice later on. The powder doesn’t have a gross or fake artificial flavor or aftertaste like some powders do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yummy, easily blendable, but costly!

I just started intermittent fasting (IF) and was looking for ways to keep low carb, Keto-esque products while in my eating window. I started reading more about the science behind fasting and Keto and wanted to find easy ways to incorporate products into my diet. As I am a coffee drinking, I wanted a Keto-friendly coffee creamer. As I researched, I started learning about the benefits of MCT and coconut oil. I heard about "Keto creamer" and started looking at various products. I wanted a balance of C8 and C10, collagen, and of course, the MCT (derived from coconuts). I found this product, so I looked at it deeper, compared to others. I has all the things I mentioned above, PLUS the bonus of being non-GMO, collagen from grass-fed cows, and acacia fiber! Also, I could get it on Subscribe and Save, saving an additional 15% (which I will now add next month)! But, how does it taste in my coffee? DELICIOUS! I wanted to break my fast with the MCT oil, so the first day I used it, I added it to coffee (one scoop) and stirred it up with a spoon. It was creamy , dissolved easily, and tasted like vanilla creamer. I have not noticed any difference in how I.feel or if I have had additional fat loss, but it has only been a few days. The biggest negative is the cost! While the container is large, it was not filled to the top. If I use this every day in my coffee, I would be spending upwards of almost $400 a year on coffee creamer! Yikes! But with all the quality ingredients, it may be worth it. The verdict is still out on the effectiveness, but if you are looking for a keto creamer, this is a great option!
