Update to my original review - because this magnesium spray really did work to lessen my restless legs, I changed my approach to applying it in hopes of reducing the stickiness. I now put on a pair of socks immediately after spraying it, leave the socks on for about 20-30 minutes, and then remove them when I go to bed. No more stained sheets, no more sticky skin, and my muscles are happier. I’m glad I looked for a better way to give this spray a chance to work, because after using it nightly it has improved my sleep tremendously. ~~~~~~~~ I’ve been having a lot of issues with restless legs and muscle cramps, and these have been affecting my quality of sleep for quite some time, so I was REALLY looking forward to trying this magnesium spray. From the very first night when I sprayed it on the bottoms of my feet and one achy knee at bedtime, it made a noticeable difference. It has a nice subtle scent and it really does work! BUT, even though I typically have dry skin that absorbs lotions quickly, it made my skin feel slightly sticky and tacky, my sheets would stick to me, and with it being an oil, it stained them. I did try doing as the company suggests and wiping it off after about 20 minutes, but when you’re in bed for the night who wants to be hanging ten over the side so you don’t stain your bedding, and then have to get up to wipe off the spray? Sadly, all things considered, I won’t be re-ordering.

I am a massage therapist of 30 years and have been using the seven minerals product line since I discovered them a few years ago. I use the grapeseed oil and some of their other carrier oils in my massage practice as well as in the aromatherapy blends that I create. I have always loved their magnesium oil when it comes to muscle pain, and relief from restless leg syndrome. But to discover that they have this amazing blend now with aloe Vera gel is even better, especially for my clients who are lacking magnesium, and feel the itchy feeling that sometimes takes place when you put magnesium oil on the skin. This product is by far superior and highly effective.

I ordered this for my back because I have bulging discs which bother me from time to time. I've sprayed it on my back, my elbow, my knees, etc... It really does help it seems but you have to be consistent of course. SLEEP on the other hand... my husband had trouble sleeping, I sprayed this on the bottom of his feet before bed... he woke up the next day wondering if I had slipped sleepy meds into his supper... (I absolutely did NOT) I tried it on my feet (I constantly wake up at night) I slept a solid 6 hours!! It's madness! This stuff is great! Just for the love of mercy do not spray on armpits which have just been shaved... it will set you ablaze...

Seven minerals, I only use 7 minerals. I was diagnosed with RLS in 1997. Until the internet got encyclopedic I suffered. Once I could do my own research and was further harmed by the medical society did I find that magnesium was a life saver. The bottles last 9 months as advertised. I’ve ordered for/or sent many to seven minerals. I highly recommend. I have found when your deficient it will sting. Follow directions. Or order with aloe. Thanks Seven Minerals😎

I recently read all the reviews a ran to order my own bottle. I just started using it on me an my husband yesterday so I will have to come back and do an updated review after I have used it at least 2-3 weeks. I will say this. My husband said his shoulder blade felt way better after I put it on him before he left for work. I used mine on the bottom of my feet after getting out of the shower. It definitely had me relaxed an I had vivid dreams. I had a really good sleep. I will update in 2/3 weeks with further experiences. It smells great and like the size. This will last me a while.

This product relieves pain,it's a very good product

This is the most amazing product ever to help with my leg cramps and pain. I have had random pains in my legs since I was a child and the doctors could never figure out what caused the pain. I was told I need more potassium but that never helped. I stumbled upon this while researching things our body needs but we aren't getting from food. I didn't realize this was a necessary element for human health but it is! Since I started using this spray, my legs no longer hurt. I dealt with that pain for over 25 years and now it is GONE! What's better about it is it really does promote healthy sleep. My son (5 years old) saw me using this and asked me what it does. I told him it helps me with my leg pain. He then confessed to me he was having pain in his legs too. I tried it on him (yes, it tingles/slight sting but really not that bad and worth it for the benefits and the tingle goes away after a few seconds). Not only can he tolerate the slight sting very well but he said this product helped him! He won't let me put him to bed without it. But please be aware, you need to let this sit for a few minutes and then wipe it off. If you don't wipe it off, it will leave a sticky film on your skin that will then attract and keep dirt on your skin. I was spraying this on my son's feet and because I wasn't wiping it off, it created a layer of sticky residue that attracted dirt. After I realized he had a layer of skin that was all dirt on top, I had to gently scrub that top layer of skin off after several baths and soaking his feet to get that to come off. It did come off and it was completely my bad, not the product's fault. Just please wipe it off before going to bed. I think the instructions said to do that and I just missed that step somehow. OOPS. But please buy this, it will help you out if you get those pains in your legs.

I have a really hard time sleeping, so I bought this spray for the magnesium supplement. I really like the quality of this product. It is not sticky and has no scent. The spray makes it really easy to apply. I am grateful that it is effective if you spray the bottom of your feet then wear socks to bed. ( that is the only weird part) sleep me normally has the socks off before I wake up.

Il nonno a distanza di una settimana non ha più i crampi e i dolori notturni, molto buono lascia la pelle morbida e elastica, cmq molto ma molto buona non è una bufala ma prodotto serio che agisce veramente su artrosi e dolori reomantici lo consiglio vivamente

El producto es excelente, muy fácil de aplicar y además te envían una guía con carácter previo, totalmente informativa de sus cualidades y de cómo utilizarla maximizando las cualidades del producto. Me ha encantado y lo uso para la cabeza... etc., es un producto multiusos. Atentos con la foto que es solo un aceite si bien como lo exhiben para que se vea más claro, parece que son tres, pero es solo uno. Al margen de esa cuestión, una auténtica novedad en el cuidado personal, por lo menos para mí

Parfaitement conforme à la description, envoi rapide et produit reçu en parfait état. Très bonne solution alternative à la prise de magnésium en complément alimentaire qui peut causer des troubles digestifs (diarrhée). Stoppe les crampes en 10 min maximum et pour les crampes nocturnes il suffit d'en mettre 10 min avant d'aller se coucher pour passer une nuit tranquille.

I have endometriosis and have been very tired with severe aching joints. I have started this spray over the last month or so and I have to say that the difference has been amazing. I no longer feel constantly tired, my joints don't ache as much and I just generally feel more well in myself. I also like the fact that this is a spray, i spray it on the soles of the feet, it is better absorbed into the body this way. I like that it is with aloe vera, as this helps minimise the potential itching that you can get when taking magnesium. I have not had any itching myself. Great quality product

L'ho preso per mia figlia, che soffre di dolori muscolari probabilmente causati dal mal assorbimento dell'acido lattico e a cui la pediatra ha prescritto magnesio per via orale. Questa cura verrà integrata con massaggi a base di questo olio, quindi si vedrà nel tempo. Per ora posso dire che la spedizione Prime è stata ineccepibile, il giorno stesso dell'ordine ho ricevuto un ebook con le indicazioni relative all'olio e consigli vari (56 pagg.) e a metterlo sulla pelle non irrita nè dà prurito. Per il resto, vedremo più in là...
