This knee pad tore after the first game. Amazon wold have refunded the money and/ or shipped a new pair..but the season had already started and she opted to keep them...the pad is completely ripped now.....

Is the mizuno elite 9 sl2 volleyball kneepad for adults?

Yes, however my daughter has been wearing them since age 13. She started with the small, and now wears a medium. She has been 5'8" since 8th grade, she's now in 11th. Just measure the knee as instructed to ensure the proper fit.
