When I was competing at a high level, I trained 7 days a week for 2–4 hours every day, and during international competitions I wore them for over 4 hours a day. Despite all that intense use, they lasted me years. The only reason I’m buying a new pair now is because I lost my previous ones, not because they wore out. For sizing reference, I ordered a medium. I’m 120 lbs (about 54 kg) and 1.64 m tall, and they fit perfectly. They are comfortable and secure without being too tight.
