They are simply the best. They have a star to have the children put their thumb on and this is key to their sucess. They are also designed for right or left handed writers. You simply can't go wrong with these. They are easy to hold and the soft grip is almost addicting to children. They are not bulky and stay put on the pencil without sliding down. They also come in great colors! My kindergarteners LOVE them, and children that can't write, can with these because it makes it so easy. I send them home with my parents for the children to use at home and they just rave how well they work! Review: Very cool item!!! - I love these!! They are so cool and really help with my daughter's writing!! She writes better but slower. She doesn't like that part. Lol! These definitely get the job done and the price is very good. They work perfectly to get my children to hold their pencils properly and I love using them myself to prevent hand cramping. I've even been able to get them onto the fat primary pencils.
