Good beginner kit 🙂
This is a good starter kit, nice for when you're exploring to see if leathercraft is for you. I got a bunch of leather free and wanted a kit to try out making things from it. I may decide to buy more tools, once I know what I'm doing -- but these are just perfect for now. This would make a good gift for someone who's searching for a new hobby.

Got the job done
I got contracted to a specific leather job. This tool set was able to make me get through it. Wish I had more items for the cost. But it does have what it has an all of it was useful.

Nice starter leather tool set
It seems the perfect start on tools for the hobbyist of leather work. I only have 1 problem and if not for that I'd give 5 stars. This box is missing several pieces, and though I tried to find info in which to talk to someone, COVID-19 seems to have put an end to that for now. I'd like the missing pieces without having to return and exchange and that hassle. But, seems I can only leave a review at the moment.

Quality kit.
Had everything I needed to get started leather working, except for a knife but I already own several xacto knives. The mallet it comes with workes fine but again, I already had one. If you I don't I recommend getting a heavier soft mallet and some xacto knives

Worth the Money
Great product. Good quality. Got here super fast, even with the current shipping delays. Bought it as a birthday present, boyfriend is super happy with it.

you get what you pay for..
the box i received was a mess, the products look a bit cheap and half of the box feels cheap, it does have weight but feel low quality, some of the items are not even for leather working but just fill space like the ruler who isn't cork-backed which is very important for leather working

This kit is absolute garbage
I’m getting started in leather working and after receiving this kit, I am very disappointed. The skiving/cutting knife is dull, made out of crappy steel. The edge beveler is also very dull and ended ruining my project. The pricking irons have to be beaten so hard that they break the dead blow hammer that comes with the kit. I was pricking holes through 3 oz soft leather, shouldn’t be this hard. Save your money and buy quality pieces elsewhere. You will only become discouraged with this kit, absolute garbage.

It's a great little starter kit to get you going. Some items will more than likely be throw away due to the poor quality but most will last until you can upgrade. The edge tool and skiving knife are of no use. Poorly designed and won't last very long. The ending tool is similar to a tool I have in my finger nail kit for trimming cuticles. The Japanese straight knife is very rough on the edge. It badly needs to be honed then stopped to give a proper edge to it. The needles will do for very thin leather but if you are working anything thicked you will need to use the awl. Awl.is really cheap. Punches are pretty decent and no complaints so far. I would recommend buying some wax for the string and edges. The slicker is made of light wood but will donthe trick. Throw the leather you get with the kit in the bin. It's plastic. Mats are good but might need a bigger size eventually. The "sanding belt" is just a finger nail file with same grit on each side. Just buy sand paper. Comes with a few finger cots which are pretty small but I can't see much use. If you get dyes just buy rubber gloves. In all its an ok kit to get started on.
