I have had a tennis elbow in both elbows for years now. Been using several different sleeves but always had to be super careful and certain movements just would not cut it. Also doing biceps with other sleeves was near impossible. Anyhow, these sleeves worked wonders. You have to try it to believe it. Never felt this good while lifting. Even upped my weights this morning and executed movements I have not been able to do for years. The comfort is amazing for both biceps and triceps. Range of motion was perfect. No pain no issues, no cut off circulation. I used their measurement chart (16.7 biceps) and XXL was a perfect fit. I rarely ever write product reviews but this is totally needed. If you have any type of discomfort while exercising on doing basic life activities (I.e. my elbows would hurt lifting a grocery bag) buy this and you won’t be sorry. Amazing product.

My rating is based on 50% product and 50% Customer Service. Bought is product because I lift weights and do crossfit. Elbow started throbbing because of too many should presses/jerks. Pain was in my elbow and in the muscle that connects the bicep to it (opposite to the elbow joint). This brace is pretty solid for the money. Keeps it all well supported. Now, understand, it is not a extra-supportive brace. It just isolates the arms so they don't go flailing and you injure yourself further. Now, to the really impressive part. I went according to the sizing table and got an XXL. But, I think I should have gotten an XL as the larger size seems a little loose. I contacted the CS email group (within the email they sent after I paid for the item). Not only did they respond (on a Sunday) within an hour but, they are also sending me the correct size at no charge at all. If that isn't customer satisfaction, I don't know what is. In summary, good product with great customer service. Definitely worth the buy.

Pretty comfortable. I do feel that it makes a big enough difference to make it a worthy purchase. I should have gone 1 size smaller. It does pinch a bit in the elbow pit... lol, for lack of a better description, but outside of that, I really like it. Used it repelling. Did not have the usual pain as quickly. Was able to do some pretty aggressive climbs. Yay! Wished I had ordered a pair!!

The product works great if you get it sized correctly. I measured my arm like the product description instructs and measured 14". With that in mind I ordered the XXL based on the size chart. The sleeve was snug but just loose enough that I was constantly having to adjust it and it never felt like it provided enough support. The company allows one resize so I went down to the XL. It is perfect. Tight enough to provide support and stay in place. One thing I have noticed is that the fabric will knap up if you wear it under sweatshirt. A fabric shaver will clean it up without any problems.

Product fits and works as advertised. However very disappointed with guaranteed one day delivery not showing up on time! Shame on Amazon this continues to happen!

I am always on the lookout for something that will help improve my pain from nerve damage. I did some research after finding this brace and ordered one. After using it for a few days my elbow that has flair ups and pain from nerve damage and tennis elbow issues was relieved and the best thing was the brace stayed right where it was. That was another huge bonus the compression kept through multiple movements this is the first compression brace that has done this. The draw back was the washing. Hand wash and line dry only. I reached out to the company explained my situation and they have me 35% off one time order to get some more as I wanted to use them more than just during exercise. I was shocked that this happened. Venom sports fitness not only makes a good product that has helped me, but they went above and beyond by offering this. Thank you VSF you guys keep reminding me why small business is the way to go!

My son was experiencing elbow pain. But it wasn’t tennis elbow like. I saw this brace, and since I too have been suffering from elbow pain, purchased it. I measured my arm and purchased appropriately. It came and I tried it on, I could only tolerate the brace for ten minutes before taking it off. I felt it was too tight. My son came in about that time and I asked if his elbow was still bothering him. He answered yes, I pulled out the brace and told him to try it. He thanked me and went off. An hour later he came out, smile on his face. “Mom, this really helps with the pain!” He exclaimed,”Just this short bit of time I used it and my elbow feels much better. Can I wear this to bed?” “No!” I had read this kind of con pression brace is not good to wear to bed because of circulation issues. He was fine with that, and with the use of the brace, has figured when it’s use is best to wear it. He works for a Food Bank, he wears it there. He games, he wears it off and on there. He’ll wear it when he cooks supper. If he needs to drive a long distance he will wear it, and he uses it when he walks the dogs. Anytime his elbow hurts and he wants relief, he will put this brace on. Unlike me, the brace fits him perfectly! Wish they had one a bit bigger.

Arrived in a very timely manner. The first was great. I have a large arm so I got the 2x. The material itches a little so I dodnt give it 5 stars. But it is definitely worth the money.
