Sturdy and high quality
Really sturdy item - I've used the purple band many times to perform assisted pullups, and it hasn't had any faults. It's perfect for workouts at home or for bringing to the gym.

Such a good buy.
Iโve been using this for a couple weeks now to stretch my shoulders and arms before workouts and it has made a world of difference to my shoulders. Iโm always terrified these things will snap and crack me in the face but itโs thick and good quality. Versatile in its uses and easy to just chuck in my bag. Doesnโt have that chemical smell that many have either.

Works fine and as intended, but I would say for what it is, itโs overpriced.

Iโm going to give this a 5 star because Iโm sure it will suit a body builder and will do what it doesnโt say on the box! The title listing says โbandsโ and shows different colours and a range of different resistances. I received 1 band, with no instructions on how to use it. As a complete novice this should be made clear on the listing. I โassumedโ it was different colours for different resistance and it was a pack. This band is for expert use, a body builder perhaps! Not a senior, who wants to build muscle and tone. So please rowd listing carefully.

Snapped after 5 weeks
Return window closed 6 days ago. Today its snapped. Don't waste your money. Edit... After I posted this the seller reached out to me and sent a new band free of charge. Whilst the longevity of the band is still up for debate, great customer service . .
