Good quality
Be aware, this is not pack of 2 , it is actually 2 pieces set. The quality is perfect! You can disassemble it and clean up of the dust. Instruction says it have to be painted ( prevent UV damage ) before installation because of UV light can change its color. The diameter of open size for air flow actually is about 14 in.

A vent for our chicken coop, and the fan that sits behind it inside.
It is a perfect fit over our solar fan that is internally mounted in the coop, and way better than leaving a gaping hole in the wall of the coop.

Good Polycarbonate but quality control is lacking
I ordered two of these for my application, which they're perfect for. I did not want a cover that has inset into the wall, just a surface-mount cover with louvers and a screen to go over vent fan holes. These are excellent. However, one of mine came without a screen, as evidenced in the attached picture. There was a glue ring around it as if there was once a screen attached, but no screen in the box. I had to make yet another trip to the HW store to buy some screen and fix it myself. That unit also looked like it'd been used or abused, not sure what the heck happened there but some screen and paint made it look acceptable. The other unit with the screen looked brand-new as expected. 2 stars for sending me a refurbished or kicked-around product. But I'd give 5 stars for the one that was good. They're very stout and take caulk/paint well if you use the right kind. I recommend Krylon Fusion for polycarbonate.
