This is fantastic batter mix! Bert easy to use and can make quite a few corn dogs, you use one pound of mix to 10-12 oz of water so you get 5 ib bag. I recommend this if you want to make your own fair style corndogs.

Great for fried desserts, corndogs, not so much.
Pros - Snappy corn dog mix fluffed up great, good crisp outside, and was idiot proof. Great for deep fried desserts on a stick, like, cheesecake and Snickers. Since the cheesecake and Snickers are already sweet, it worked perfectly with the unsweetened batter. Cons - the mix was too savory for me. Tasted like there was no sugar in it at all. Not even a little. But I'm used to a sweeter batter with my corn dogs. I haven't tried to add sugar to the mix yet. That'll be the next step.
