A: I have large breast also .. a little tight , but I wear it open

A: Not sure of the measurements but the jacket itself is pretty roomy. I'm a little on the chunkier side and I'm able to fasten it and still have space.

**Q: I have Prime but it says $14.99 shipping?? I have never had to pay shipping fees. Is this correct?**

This is a very nice jacket, especially for the price. I washed it when it arrived and it washed very well - no issues. It's a little lighter weight than a regular short jean jacket, which is perfect for spring in New England. It's great to layer with a dress when it's windy out.
