Some problems with the lid
The product came with the lid stuck inside, and it was hard to remove. The item looks great, and just holding it in your hand, you can almost taste the copper … so I will return it and buy another one

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! They sell faulty items and refuse to replace or refund
When my jug arrived it was leaking from the point where the handle connects to the jug. I contacted the seller immediately and informed them. I asked for a replacement jug or a full refund. The seller refused both. They told me to 'fix the problem with adhesive' and they will only give me a partial refund. They have sold me a faulty item and have basically stolen my money and left me with a jug that is not fit for purpose and belongs in the bin. I don't see why I should have the bother of fixing it. The seller is responsible. I have reported them to Amazon

Love this set, had 2 plus a water bottle. Well worth the money.

That copper tarnishes and you don’t try and scrub it out.
Just what it said ideal to keep topped with water for all day use. Makes a lovely added colour to your kitchen. The water takes on a slightly metallic taste not unpleasant.

La contenance est plutôt de 1 litre et pas de 1.5 litre ou alors je n'ai pas reçu la bonne dimension. A part cela bon produit livré bien emballé. Très satisfait
